Murray and his wife, Faye, are proud parents of five and grandparents of nine, all making their homes in the Triad. Murray is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the North Carolina and High Point Association of Realtors, currently serving as President-elect of the High Point Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA). | In 2008, Murray served as President of the (RCA), leading the local group of realtors who practice in the world of commercial and industrial real estate.  | | Who is Faye Skeen? Faye Skeen has 30 years experience as a residential real estate broker. She is the wife of Murray Skeen. Faye has been a member of the High Point Association of Realtors during this time and has been recognized and received awards for her successful sales and listing expertise. She has served on several committees for the High Point Association of Realtors. Her success in real estate has brought many return cleints to her and her business now is primarily by referral from past clients. | Faye has a B.A. Degreee in French and English from the University of South Carolina, and she taught for several years in Richmond, Virginia. She is definately a "Southern Belle" as witnessed by her southern drawl. Her accent is hard to forget. She is warm, outgoing and caring. Give Faye a call. | | | |  Abigaile Pittman, AICP, Broker, has 30 years experience as an urban planner, and 12 years experience as a sales agent. Abigaile is a member of the North Carolina and High Point Associations of Realtors, the Commercial & Industrial Division of the High Point Association, the American Planning Association, and the American Institute of Certified Planners. Abigaile has a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning, with a concentration in growth management, from the University of New Orleans. Abigaile served as the Development Administrator for the City of High Point from 1989 to 1997. Abigaile served as the Chairperson for the High Point Historic Preservation Commission from 2001-2007, and has recently been appointed to the Guilford County Joint Historic Properties Commission. Abigaile is also one of the RCA’s appointed delegates to the Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (TREBIC). As a part of the Murray Skeen Commercial & Industrial Properties team, Abigaile is providing general commercial and industrial services to clients, and also assembles tracts for residential and commercial developers. With her extensive urban planning skills, Abigaile has been able to provide creative zoning, site plan and subdivision solutions for the firm’s real estate clients. Abigaile provides this guidance by utilizing her extensive knowledge of regional development ordinances, policies and processes, and acquaintance with regional planner and other government officials, local engineers and other service providers, and real estate/land-use attorneys. | |
