Murray and his wife, Faye, are proud parents of five and grandparents of nine, all making their homes in the Triad. Murray is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the North Carolina and High Point Association of Realtors, currently serving as President-elect of the High Point Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA). | In 2008, Murray will serve as President of the (RCA) and looks forward to leading the local group of realtors who practice in the world of commercial and industrial real estate.  | | | | Abigaile Pittman, AICP, Broker, has 29 years experience as an urban planner, and 10 years experience as a sales agent. Abigaile is a member of the North Carolina and High Point Associations of Realtors, the Commercial & Industrial Division of the High Point Association, the American Planning Association, and the American Institute of Certified Planners. Abigaile has a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning, with a concentration in growth management, from the University of New Orleans. Abigaile served as the Development Administrator for the City of High Point from 1989 to 1997. Abigaile served as the Chairperson for the High Point Historic Preservation Commission from 2001-2007, and has recently been appointed to the Guilford County Joint Historic Properties Commission. Abigaile is also one of the RCA’s appointed delegates to the Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (TREBIC). As a part of the Murray Skeen Commercial & Industrial Properties team, Abigaile is providing general commercial and industrial services to clients, and also assembles tracts for residential and commercial developers. With her extensive urban planning skills, Abigaile has been able to provide creative zoning, site plan and subdivision solutions for the firm’s real estate clients. Abigaile provides this guidance by utilizing her extensive knowledge of regional development ordinances, policies and processes, and acquaintance with regional planner and other government officials, local engineers and other service providers, and real estate/land-use attorneys. | |
